Air cooler
An air cooler is a device that uses ambient air as a cooling medium to horizontally sweep the outside of a finned tube and cool or condense high-temperature process fluids inside the tube. It is also known as an "air cooler" or "air-cooled heat exchanger". Mainly used in conjunction with air coolers in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical and other industries, it has the advantages of high efficiency, low vibration, low noise, and easy maintenance.
1、 Improve the service life of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment). Ordinary water is prone to scaling and needs to be cleaned regularly. Once scaling occurs, it already affects the emission power and lifespan of the electronic tube, and in severe cases, the anode of the electronic tube can be easily burned through.
2、 Save electricity. Taking 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment as an example, the anode water circuit consumes about 8KW of electricity to ground under the action of DC high voltage, while distilled water consumes about 70W.
3、 Low electrolytic corrosion. The anode high voltage forms a direct current to ground through water resistance. Causing electrolytic corrosion at the inlet and outlet of the electronic tube water jacket, the electrolytic corrosion rate of ordinary water is more than 100 times that of distilled water.
