The cooler body is composed of cooler tubes, fixed orifice plates, movable orifice plates, baffle plates, etc. The two ends of the cooler tube are connected to the fixed and moving hole disks, and there is oil leakage inside the cooler of the cooler loader; The fixed hole disk is connected to the outer flange, and the movable hole disk can freely expand and contract inside the outer body to eliminate the influence of temperature on the cooler tube due to thermal expansion and contraction. The baffle plays a role in enhancing heat transfer and supporting the cooler tubes.

The heat medium of the tubular cooler flows from the inlet of the connecting pipe on the cylinder, sequentially through various baffle channels, and meanders to the outlet of the connecting pipe. The cooling medium adopts a dual pass flow, that is, the cooling medium enters half of the cooling pipes through the inlet and the water distribution cover, and then flows into the other half of the cooling pipes through the return cover and enters the water distribution cover and outlet pipe on the other side. In the process of dual tube flow, the cold medium absorbs the waste heat released by the heat medium and discharges it through the outlet to maintain the rated working temperature of the working medium.
